Diosig is a commune of about 6,800 inhabitants in the Crișana region of north-western Romania. 

The small town has a rural allure with many detached low-rise houses, most of which have their own garden that often can be seen from the street.

A garden with dolls

That one can see the garden from the street is also the case with the one reviewed in this article. 

It's a garden which has been transformed into an art environment filled with numerous imaginatively and colorfully dressed dolls, as can be seen in the surrounding images.

This art environment was created by an elderly lady, whose name has not been revealed by Justyna Orlovska, the author of the website Off the beaten track, the only medium on the internet that sofar has paid attention to the lady's creation.

In her article she mentions that the lady who created the doll garden is not a professional artist, and that she created the art environment for her own pleasure. 

The garden includes dozens of dolls, which may have a simple appearance, but which the lady has decorated, dressed and placed on stakes in such a way that the arrangement gives a lively, life-size and adult impression.

There are also some dolls inside the house and several walls have been decorated and provided with paintings.
