The Collection de l'Art Brut in Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2011 had an exposition about  Oreste Fernando Nannetti, who is known because of an enormous graffiti he carved into the plaster of an outside wall of the psychiatric institution in Volterra, Italy, where he was hospitalized between 1958 and 1973.

The exposition entitled Nannetti - 'colonel astral'  started May 13 and lasted until October 30.

In various ways Nannetti's creation was displayed and explained. There were some twenty large scale photographs (by Pier Nello Manoni) from 1979 and four others (by Mario del Curto) from 2005, fragments of the wall, copied with a special technique and other material.

During the exposition a film was shown: I graffiti della mente. N.O.F.4 Moro Secco Spinaceto (Italy 2002, 20', french and english subtitled) made by Pier Nello Manoni and Erika Manoni.

A special feature was the catalogue, which has a 7 m long unfoldable photographic panorama of Nannetti's creation, a lot of pictures, texts by a number of well known experts and a DVD of the Manoni movie.
